Parallel Hypersurfaces of the Model Space $\mathrm{Nil}_3\times\mathbb{E}^1$

In this paper we classify Codazzi and totally umbilical hypersurfaces, especially totally geodesic hypersurfaces, in the the $4$-dimensional nilpotent Lie group $\mathrm{Nil}_3\times\mathbb{E}^1$ equipped with standard globally conformal Kähler metric.
