MCN should be considered in adolescents with pancreatic cystic lesions, particularly in those with a history of hormonal exposure. Early use of EUS‐guided fine‐needle aspiration facilitates accurate diagnosis and timely management, reducing the risk of malignant transformation. Hormonal history, including precocious puberty and prior hormonal therapy, may be a relevant clinical clue in adolescents with pancreatic cystic lesions.
