Compact long‐wavelength light sources are increasingly demanded for night vision, nondestructive inspection, and biomedical imaging, yet efficient converters that simultaneously provide strong blue‐light absorption, high photoluminescence efficiency, and robust solid‐state processability remain limited. Here, oxygen‐sensitive [(Mo 6 I 8 )I 6 ] 2− clusters are incorporated into an ethyltriphenylphosphonium cadmium chloride hybrid metal‐halide glass through a low‐temperature melt‐quench process. The rigid amorphous ETP 2 CdCl 4 matrix spatially confines the Mo 6 clusters, thereby suppressing aggregation‐ and oxygen‐assisted non‐radiative decay. The optimized ECCM‐2 glass exhibits broad far‐red emission extending toward the near‐infrared edge from 600 to 840 nm, with an emission maximum near 730 nm. Under 440 nm excitation, it achieves an internal quantum efficiency of 82.68%, an absorption efficiency of 81.85%, and a photoluminescence external quantum efficiency of 67.67%, with the high emission efficiency further verified using an independent absolute quantum‐yield measurement system. Direct integration of ECCM‐2 onto a blue LED chip produces a compact long‐wavelength pc‐LED with an output power of 105.6 mW at 380 mA. Proof‐of‐concept reflection, transmission, and U‐Net‐assisted dorsal hand‐vein imaging demonstrate the practical utility of this oxygen‐resistant and directly processable Mo 6 ‐cluster glass converter.
