LUONG Ngoc VinhIdeology, as a constituent element of social consciousness, exhibits dual features: it can lead social existence, yet also lag behind it. Therefore, during major revolutionary social movements, hesitation, pessimism, and resistance often arise, forming barriers that obstruct development.
