Order‐Theoretic Characterizations of Sheffer Stroke Hilbert Algebras via Inferior Mappings
Halimah Alshehri, Anas Al-Masarwah, Tahsin Oner, Rajesh NeelamegarajanThe theory of order‐based mappings plays a significant role in analyzing the structural and logical properties of nonclassical algebraic systems. This paper introduces and thoroughly investigates the concepts of inferior subalgebras and inferior ideals within the framework of Sheffer stroke Hilbert algebras. The fundamental properties of these mappings are examined, and characterization theorems are established by employing upper α ‐inferior sets. It is demonstrated that these upper sets naturally induce classical subalgebras and ideals under specific conditions, providing a structural link between crisp algebraic substructures and inferior mappings. Furthermore, closure properties under inferior intersections are discussed, and the operational behavior of these systems is analyzed. A key result of this study shows that every inferior ideal inherently determines an inferior subalgebra, delineating the exact relationship between these two structures. The findings presented herein not only extend the theory of inferior mappings to a broader class of logical algebras but also contribute to the ongoing classification of order‐theoretic mappings in nonclassical logic.
