On the transformation of cooperation and integration in agriculture

The article explores modern trends in the transformation of organizational and economic forms of management in the agro-industrial complex. Particular attention is paid to the processes of erasing the traditional boundaries between agricultural cooperation and integration, the formation of hybrid cooperative-integrated structures. Based on theoretical analysis, general and specific principles of cooperation and integration processes were identified, mechanisms for their interpenetration were determined. It is concluded that cooperation and integration are not mutually exclusive, but complementary forms of the social division of labor, the evolution of which leads to the formation of new organizational models in agriculture.
