Career self-efficacy is defined as an individuals’ belief in their capability to successfully perform the nevessary tasks, such as goal settings, to manage and progress throughout their career. Bibliometric analysis is an analytical method used to examine and analyze the bibliographic information of a large number of scientific studies. In addition to revealing the breaking points in the development of a particular field, it enables the identification of recent trends in that field. This research aims to determine the core and secondary themes utilized in academic studies concerning career self-efficacy. In order to do this, a bibliometric analysis was carried out with the Vosviewer program based on the article data in the Web of Science database. The network relationship of the concept with other possible concepts was determined and clustered, and the infrastructure of the hypothetical model was constructed with visualization. As a result of the analysis, seven basic clusters were identified as word- or concept-based representatives of career self-efficacy. These clusters are career self-efficacy, career development, career decision, career exploration, adolescents, career success, and social support.
