Nut consumption, cognitive function and brain health markers in individuals with and without stroke: cross-sectional and longitudinal findings from the Framingham heart study

Among adults with low nut intake, greater nut consumption was linked to better cognition and brain-volume markers, especially in those with poorer diet quality and sedentary behaviour.
