Although holding great promise to mitigate freshwater scarcity for green hydrogen production, direct seawater electrolysis is challenged by the anodic chloride oxidation reactions, which lowers the system efficiency and cause catalyst corrosion. Herein, we demonstrate a strategy for realizing efficient and long‐lasting alkaline seawater oxidation over a NiFe metal–organic framework (NiFe MOF) film supported on Ni foam via infiltratation with the conjugated molecule 7,7,8,8‐tetracyanoquinododimethane (TCNQ). Such TCNQ@NiFe MOF/NF anode is capable of attaining an industrial‐level current density of 1000 mA cm −2 with a low overpotential of 352 mV and maintaining 800‐h operational stability. The incorporated TCNQ molecules can enhance the electronic conductivity, effectively repel Cl − , and suppress Fe leaching. An anion exchange membrane water electrolyzer built from TCNQ@NiFe MOF/NF and Pt/C/NF operates stably for 450 h.
