We present a refined scheme of geological oil-and-gas zonation of the Lena–Tunguska petroleum province based on the analysis of geological and geophysical data obtained over the past 20–25 years. Delimitation of the petroleum regions is based on tectonic and, to a greater extent, lithofacies zonation. Recent structural models have revealed a significant reduction in the area of the Katanga and Syugdzher saddles; therefore, we have not distinguished the corresponding petroleum regions. The Central Tunguska petroleum region coincides with the former location of the Syugdzher region and the northern part of the Katanga one. There is the Vanavara independent petroleum district in the south of the Katanga region. The southern boundary of the North Tunguska petroleum region extends along the southern edge of the Great Siberian Cambrian reef complex. We have divided the North Aldan petroleum region into the Middle Lena, Aldan, and Aldan–Maya ones. New data on the geological structure of the Lena–Tunguska province allow us to incorporate the Anabar–Khatanga and Lena–Anabar petroleum regions into it. We have substantiated the most promising stratigraphic levels for each petroleum region.
