New Bryophyte Records for Some Provinces in Türkiye

The bryophyte samples used as study materials were collected from the provinces of Bartın, Bursa, Çorum, Kocaeli, and Zonguldak between 2019 and 2026. The specimens were identified using various bryofloristic sources, and liverwort and moss species that are new records for the provinces where they were collected are listed in this study. Fourteen species were identified as new for Zonguldak, eight taxa for Çorum, four taxa for Bursa, one taxon for Bartın, and one taxon for Kocaeli. Of these species, Chenia leptophylla (Müll. Hal.) R.H.Zander was reported for the first time in a location outside Adıyaman Province.
