Neuropedagogical Alpha Training Technology: Integrating EEG Analysis into Correctional and Developmental Practice

Natalya Miklyaeva

This article introduces a neuropedagogical alpha-training technique implemented through interdisciplinary collaboration among specialists in special education, speech therapy, psychology, and neurophysiology. The technique utilizes electroencephalogram (EEG) analysis to personalize the correctional and developmental process for children with disabilities. Rather than a highly specialized medical procedure, this alpha-training is a scientifically grounded, systematic technology suitable for special education environments, relying on cooperation between medical professionals, educators, and neuropsychologists. The method is based on the principles of neuroplasticity and operant conditioning. A detailed training algorithm ranges from baseline EEG monitoring to practical sessions using biofeedback hardware and software systems. Systematic alpha-training promotes psycho-emotional stabilization, optimizes cognitive rhythms, and facilitates the development of stable neural networks, thereby establishing a solid foundation for the effective schooling of children with disabilities. The viability of the approach was verified through a systematic literature review conducted in accordance with the PRISMA 2020 protocol. The results confirmed the high efficacy of the method and its significance for modern neurodefectology.
