NCS Enables Mild and General Deprotection of Ntert ‐Butanesulfinyl Amines

ABSTRACT

Herein, we report an NCS‐promoted deprotection method for Ntert ‐butanesulfinyl amines. The synthetic significance of this method lies in its provision of mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, a broad substrate scope, and a straightforward approach to obtaining chiral carbon–nitrogen building blocks in high yields with excellent functional group tolerance. Consequently, it holds significant potential for the late‐stage deprotection of complex molecules bearing tert ‐butylsulfinyl groups.
