Nanographene oxide enables activity-preserving immobilization and enhanced stability of galactose oxidase
Junyoung Jung, Abhishek Sahu, Giyoong TaeGaOX was immobilized on nanographene oxide and subsequently coated with F127, resulting in high enzyme loading, preserved catalytic activity, enhanced stability, intracellular delivery, and galactose-triggered H 2 O 2 generation.
