Multiple mucoceles of the paranasal sinuses

The article presents a rare case of multiple mucoceles of both frontal, left maxillary and left ethmoid sinuses after previous extranasal surgical approach to the left frontal sinus for acute rhinosinusitis complicated by reactive edema of the left eyelids. Surgery using combined external (to the lateral part of the left frontal sinus) and endonasal approach to the affected sinuses was performed. Observation for 6 months showed a good functional effect of the operation with restoration of drainage and ventilation of all sinuses.
