Multifunctional 2H-LaFX monolayers: itinerant ferromagnetism, high valley polarization, and strong piezoelectricity
Junjie He, Zaiping Yang, Jie Zhang, Zhenxiang Cheng, Zhimin Wu, Shoubing DingLaFX Janus monolayers integrate high-temperature itinerant ferromagnetism, robust ferrovalley behavior, and dual-axis piezoelectricity. Valley splitting increases monotonically from LaF 2 to LaFI, enabling chemical tuning of valley physics.
