Multi-Parton Interaction Effect on Jet Properties in the FCC-hh Experiment

Ali Tosun, İlknur Hoş, Mustafa Numan Bakırcı
Understanding of hadronic collisions with the underlying events is very important to have more precise measurements. Multi-Parton interaction process is one way of description of underlying events and measurements at high energies, provide test floor for the high pT events so the MPI effect. Even though, at CERN very valuable measurements are ongoing at very high center of mass energies, particle physicists are planning to build Future Circular Collider (FCC) to reach higher center of mass energies. In this study, we studied the contribution of Multi-Parton interactions at √s=100 TeV on jet properties for the Future Circular Collider (FCC) hh accelerator with the events generated at MadGraph and hadronized with Pythia8
