Mesenteric mucinous cystadenomas (MCNs) are extremely rare benign epithelial tumors, histologically resembling ovarian mucinous neoplasms but arising from the mesentery. Due to their rarity and nonspecific presentation, they pose significant diagnostic challenges. We report a case of a 45-year-old postmenopausal woman presenting with a progressively enlarging, painless right-sided abdominal mass. Radiological evaluation revealed a large cystic lesion of uncertain origin. Surgical excision was performed, and histopathological examination confirmed MCN of the mesentery. This case emphasizes the importance of a systematic diagnostic approach and complete surgical excision in the management of rare mesenteric cystic tumors.
