Motivating Business Entities to integrate people with disabilities into labor activity: incentive tools

The author analyses instruments and mechanisms of state policy aimed at increasing the employment of persons with disabilities and their integration into the economically active population. Special attention is paid to measures designed to encourage employers to hire this category of citizens. The article examines existing practices and identifies the main problems that hinder employers’ active involvement in the employment process of persons with disabilities. The author proposes directions for improving the support system for employers, including expanding tax incentives, allocating grants to cover the wages of workplace mentors for persons with disabilities, and other measures. The research findings have practical significance for organizations engaged in the employment of this category of citizens.
