MONITORING TECHNOLOGIES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND ITS PROSPECTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPLEMENTING THE DIGITAL ECONOMY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION PROGRAM

The article reflects the author’s view of the current state and immediate outlook of implementing the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation Program within the context of its impact on the development of the ways and methods to exercise accounting and business activities. Most closely associated with the topics linked with management processes organization and accountancy, is the Digital Technologies Federal Project (as a separate line of the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation Program) designed to promote development and implementation of Russian IT solutions, including those in accountancy automation. A thorough analysis of the situation observed in digitalizing monitoring technologies in Russia, helps set up the priority problems to be solved on the path of implementing the above national program, as well as draw up approaches to the solution of the same.
