Modern approaches to preparing an athlete for mas-wrestling competitions
Roman DziubaThe purpose of this study is a comprehensive theoretical and analytical substantiation of modern approaches to training mas-wrestling athletes, integrating biomechanical, physiological, and pedagogical factors. The relevance of the work is dictated by the rapid professionalization of the sport and the exhaustion of traditional extensive training methods focused solely on building absolute muscle mass. The study proves that a rational spatio-temporal organization of the kinematic chain and the explosive power of the dynamic starting tug are fundamental predictors of tactical advantage. It is established that evaluating technical actions using bench simulators translates technique assessment into precise instrumental parametrization. The limiting factor in realizing strength potential is the statodynamic endurance of the forearms, requiring specialized isometric modules with strict pre-competitive periodization. A key novelty is the scientific substantiation of gender differentiation in training: the male competitive model relies on anaerobic-alactic explosive starts, whereas female success is founded on a positional-defensive strategy and outstanding strength endurance. Furthermore, a correlation was proven between specific injuries (hamstring tears, palm skin damage) and imperfections in current competition rules. Recommendations are formulated for adapting international regulations, including abolishing rigid heel fixation at the start and legalizing modern adhesive means like liquid magnesia. The practical significance lies in implementing this innovative paradigm in sports federations to maximize athletes' performance and reduce injury risks globally.
