Abstract

Millard–Gubler syndrome is a rare neurological condition, also known as classical crossed brainstem syndrome. It is caused by unilateral lesion in the ventral pons manifested as ipsilateral facial nerve palsy and contralateral hemiplegia or hemiparesis. Here, we report a case of a nine-years-old girl presented with sudden development of the left sided hemiparesis along with deviation of mouth to the left side. Finally she was diagnosed as Millard–Gubler syndrome.
