METHODOLOGY OF FURTHER DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRAUMA DISEASE CONCEPT IN CASE OF POLYTRAUMA

PEREHODOVThe problem of surgical care of the wounded is actively studied by the representatives of domestic surgical and organizational trends and schools. Taking into account the undoubted importance of this issue, the authors have proposed a new methodological approach based on the analysis of the existing concepts of the gunshot polytrauma pathogenesis while comparing surgical experience of the current military conflicts and regional trauma systems of peacetime; this approach is aimed at the improvement of treatment of the wounded.
