D.Yu. Kanner, A.O. Shveikin, V.I. Oryolkin

This article presents a clinical case of a patient with colorectal cancer and atypical metastatic adrenal involvement who underwent comprehensive treatment at Moscow City Oncology Hospital No. 62. This case illustrates the importance of an individualized approach to treatment of adrenal metastases. Despite the extranodal location, combined treatment achieved disease control, highlighting the potential of integrating surgery and systemic therapy in limited metastatic disease.
