ABSTRACT

Patients with Paget's disease who receive high‐dose denosumab may develop medication‐related osteonecrosis of the jaw, particularly after dental extractions. Pre‐treatment dental assessment, careful risk communication, accurate staging, and coordinated conservative and surgical management are essential. Platelet‐rich fibrin may be used only as an adjunct, not as an established standard treatment.
