Measures to improve the personnel management system of an organization
Aminat GamzatovaThe article examines an integrated approach to improving the personnel management system of an organization. It substantiates the need for a cyclical and continuous nature of transformations, the starting point of which is a comprehensive diagnosis of the current state of HR processes. The author identifies key areas for optimization: recruitment and adaptation of personnel, reforming the system of motivation and incentives, creating conditions for professional development and training, as well as deepening the digitalization and automation of HR processes. Special attention is paid to the implementation of modern HR analytics tools, grading systems, key performance indicators (KPIs), and distance learning methods. The article emphasizes that an effective transformation program requires the integration of all activities into a single plan, minimization of staff resistance, and regular evaluation of the achieved results. It is concluded that systematic improvement of personnel management makes it possible to transform human capital into the main source of sustainable competitive advantages of the organization.
