Subject. The subject of this study is «Tiswell Nano Plomba Mineral» toothpaste with fluoride. Objective. The study aims to investigate characteristics and markers of dental enamel remineralization and nonspecific resistance of the oral cavity when using «Tiswell Nano Plomba Mineral» new domestic nano-hydroxyapatite and arginine containing toothpaste with fluoride. Methodology. The clinical research phase was carried out by the Department of Therapeutic Dentistry and Propaedeutics of Dental Diseases at Ural State Medical University. The study was conducted between February and May 2026. The research was approved by the local ethics committee of the Ural State Medical University on June 21, 2024 (Minutes No. 4). The study involved 149 volunteer students in the first and fourth years of the Dental Institute with the age range of 18 to 24 years. Conclusions. The study identified specific characteristics and markers of tooth enamel remineralization and oral cavity nonspecific resistance associated with the use of a new domestic fluoride-containing toothpaste, "Tiswell Nano Filling Mineral," which incorporates nanohydroxyapatite and arginine. Clinical evaluation of the toothpaste following a 14-day regimen demonstrated significant clinical benefits, including improved oral hygiene (p < 0.05), enhanced nonspecific oral resistance, and improved adsorption properties of the enamel pellicle. Participants rated the toothpaste's organoleptic properties highly (8.49 ± 0.21 points). A reduction in tooth sensitivity was observed, attributed to the product's effective remineralizing action. No anti-inflammatory effect was detected. The toothpaste demonstrated remineralizing capability: the concentration of Ca ions in the solution increased by 31.6% (from 0.38 to 0.5 mmol/L), indicating mineral precipitation on the tooth tissue surface.
