Its persistent and relapsing nature underscores the need for long‐term treatment, making natural products increasingly attractive as alternative therapeutic options. While research has predominantly focused on plant‐based sources, marine‐derived biomaterials represent untapped yet promising source of bioactive compounds. This review highlights the therapeutic potential of marine‐derived biomaterials, whose anti‐inflammatory and immunomodulatory properties are key features desirable in effective psoriasis treatments. By shedding light on these promising marine resources, this paper proposes a new direction for the development of safer, more sustainable, and innovative therapies for psoriasis management.
