Mapping Green Innovation Impact on Firm Performance: A Bibliometric Analysis and Systematic Review

This research performs a bibliometric evaluation of green innovation together with organization performance to explore the subject dynamics. The search through Scopus database (1993–2025) yielded 1,156 publications which exhibit strong expansion patterns at 13.77% yearly growth for anticipated 450 publications by 2025. The research validates its interdisciplinary character through environmental science collective with economics and business administration functions while China acts as the main force in green innovation investigations. Chinese universities like Jiangsu University and Central South University display promise to sustainability in their research output. The research areas examined by these studies include how green innovation impacts small and medium enterprises' performance and sustainability outcomes. Research benefitting from VOSviewer reply on its capability to show keyword distributions apart from showing temporal data and collaborative team dynamics. The study contributions scholars, policymakers, and practitioners in the operation of green innovation for sustainable business practice and success.
