This study was conducted to assess the Long-term clinical outcomes of CAD-CAM milled vs 3Dprinted removable partial denture. The study comprised of 20 subjects of which 10 subjects received CAD-CAM dentures while 10 got 3D-printed dentures. The clinical outcomes had been compared for both subjects and the findings were tabulated. statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS software. In this study there were 10 subjects in group 1 who got CAD-CAM dentures and the 2nd group comprised of 10 subjects who got 3D-printed dentures. Group 1 showed better results as compared to group 2. CAD-CAM dentures showed excellent fit accuracy, excellent retention and stability and better resistance to fracture and long-term functional stresses. While 3D-printed dentures showed fit accuracy affected by layer thickening and orientation. The retention and stability were initially satisfactory but decreased due to deformation or wear of printed clasps. These dentures also showed greater susceptibility to fracture, cracking and clasp breakage. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that CAD-CAM dentures showed better results when compared to 3D-printed dentures.
