Live communication between doctor and patient as a core value of medical service: ideology of professional culture against depersonalization in the artificial intelligence era
E. Dansaranova, E. BERSENEVAModern concept of the medicine's digital future, as a rule, links the patient's satisfaction with the visit to the medical institution with the level of its technical capacity, but the patient's assessment of the medical service provided is determined first of all by the live human contacts. However implementation of the artificial intelligence creates the risks of depersonalization of such contacts.
