Linear Models and their Analysis in the Case of Missing or Incomplete Data: a Unifying Approach

G. A. Milliken, L. L. McDonald

Summary

This paper contains a unified presentation (with proofs) of techniques for analyzing univariate experiments with missing or incomplete data when a linear model is assumed. Some new results are given concerning the application of the analysis of covariance technique to the analysis of incomplete data models in the case when the means of the missing observations are not linearly estimable from the observed data model.
