Intra-tumor heterogeneity is one of the central hallmarks of hepatocellular carcinoma, yet its spatial and multi-modal organization remains poorly resolved. Here we present the Liver Cancer Geospatial Omics Resource called LIGOR, a platform that captures spatial intra-tumor heterogeneity through multi-regional, multi-omic profiling. LIGOR integrates 719 spatially resolved tumor sectors from 136 patients together with 43 inter-patient cohorts comprising 6068 patients, forming one of the most comprehensive databases for hepatocellular carcinoma. LIGOR is organized into genomic, transcriptomic, immunologic, and biomarker layers, capturing key dimensions of intra and inter tumor heterogeneity. These modules support analyses of driver landscapes, clonal evolution, transcriptomic subtypes, tumor microenvironment states, and spatially resolved biomarkers, while a multi-modal integration framework links genotypic alterations to phenotypic variation. Together, LIGOR provides a comprehensive, spatially informed framework to resolve the geospatial and molecular architecture of hepatocellular carcinoma and has the potential to translate these insights into clinically relevant biomarker evaluation and therapeutic strategies. LIGOR is freely available at http://ligor.especies.cn/home.
