LFA-1 mechanical dose controls DNAM-1 signalling and perforin polarization in NK cells
Seong Ho Kim, Micah Yang, Isaac T. S. LiTuning the total mechanical force dosage experienced by the cell regulates LFA-1 and DNAM-1 colocalization and subsequently promotes perforin polarization toward the contact interface.
