LEGAL STATUS OF MILITARY PERSONNEL, RECRUITMENT OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND THE ORGANIZATION OF PRE-CONSCRIPTION WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE

The authors focus on the constitutional foundations of this activity, as well as on the associated organizational problems. A significant part of the work is devoted to the role of public organizations in preparing young people for service: a historical overview is presented, the legal status of a conscript is analyzed, and priority areas of patriotic education are identified.
