Laser-induced in situ fabrication of LIG/TiO 2 heterojunction and enhanced field emission properties

Femtosecond laser irradiation of Ti-coated cork forms TiO 2 -decorated LIG heterojunctions. LIG/TiO 2 -30 shows a low threshold field (1.22 V µm −1 ), enhancement factor (~8614), current density (14.11 mA cm −2 ), and stable emission (>3000 s).
