Laser-induced carbonization of cellulose acetate for controlled carbon structure evolution

Laser-induced carbonization of fire-retardant treated cellulose acetate enables controlled carbon materials formation. Resulting activated carbon electrodes outperform cellulose acetate laser-induced graphene in microsupercapacitor application.
