Joint British association for sexual health and HIV/British HIV association guidelines for the sexual and reproductive health of people with HIV 2026

The writing group has followed updated British Association for Sexual Health and HIV (BASHH) guideline methodology, notably using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development and Evaluation (GRADE) system for assessing evidence and making recommendations. We have made significant changes to the recommendations which are summarised below.
