Jejunal web is a rare cause of late‐presenting intestinal obstruction in infancy. Its association with ileo‐ileal intussusception is exceptionally uncommon. A high index of suspicion and thorough intra‐operative bowel assessment are essential for diagnosis and optimal surgical management.
