Inverse problem for mixed given data of the one-dimensional Schrödinger operator

It is demonstrated here that the potential q on [0, 1] can be uniquely determined by the partial spectrum of the Schrödinger operator on [0, 1] and the spectrum of the operator on [a, 1] for some a ∈ (0, 1), provided the potential q on [0, a] is known. We also treat the case in which the potential is locally smooth to the right of a, in which fewer spectral data are required.
