Introduction: Promoting Leader and Organizational Wellbeing in Schools

This introductory chapter first describes theoretical perspectives and frameworks reflected through the chapters. We then offer short summaries of the sections and chapters in this book and provide a guide to readers regarding what each of the chapters in this edited book may bring to our collective understandings of wellbeing as a multi-layered, dynamic construct that is co-constructed across individuals, relationships, organizations, and systems.
