Intraosseous Pseudocyst with Aberrant Fibro-cellular Proliferation: A Rare Variant of the Mandibular Traumatic Bone Cyst (TBC)

This case presentation is about a 16-year-old boy who had a painless swelling that was found to be a cystic lesion on radiographic screening. After surgical exploration and histopathological analysis, the diagnosis changed from a suspected infected dental cyst to a traumatic bone cyst (TBC). A follow-up of 1.5 years indicates that the osseous regeneration was successful.
