Integration of methods of analysis and evaluation of corporate documentation infrastructure
Tat'yana Levina, Artem Ushakov, Danil SafronovThe infrastructure of the corporate electronic document management system is studied as a set of interrelated technical, software and organizational components. A comprehensive approach based on the integration of structural, exponential, process-oriented and risk-oriented analysis methods is proposed. To formalize the results, a system of normalized partial indicators is used, aggregated into an integral criterion, considering the weighting coefficients. The developed model ensures comparability of the assessment results, identification of infrastructure bottlenecks and formation of reasonable directions for its modernization. The provisions obtained can be applied in planning the development and operation of corporate electronic document management systems.
