Precursor-solution temperature regulates PM6:L8-BO pre-aggregation, optimizing thin-film microstructure and achieving 20.23% PCE, with the strategy also effective for D18:L8-BO and PM6:Y6 at 60 °C (20.59% and 17.94% PCE).
