The increasing incidence of oral malignancies and the high proportion of late-identified cases necessitate the development of affordable early screening tools. Objective. Design, technical implementation and initial pilot testing of the interactive web-based Oncotest system designed for rapid assessment of individual risk of oral oncopathology. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the software package is a multifactorial analysis algorithm that takes into account 12 basic parameters, including socio-demographic indicators and modifiable risk factors (smoking, alcohol, contact with human papillomavirus (HPV)), as well as early clinical markers that are often ignored by patients (long-term non-healing erosions, paresthesias, persistent discoloration of the mucous membrane). The technical realization is made on the basis of cloud technologies with the integration of the Application Programming Interface Yandex Maps and scripts Google Apps Script in strict anonymization of data. Results. A cross-platform digital service was created and successfully tested on a pilot sample (N = 24), which automatically distributes respondents into four risk grades with a personal score. The main advantage of the platform is the construction of a closed organizational cycle. The system does not just issue a text of recommendations, but generates a personal logistics package for the user: it provides an interactive map with verified medical institutions in the Sverdlovsk region, plots the optimal route from the current geolocation, and opens direct online appointment modules through a Single portal of state and municipal services or the MAKS chatbot application. Conclusion. The practical implementation of Oncotest makes it possible to effectively overcome psychological and organizational barriers among the population at the stage before contacting the clinic. The project significantly increases the cancer awareness of citizens and creates conditions for the detection of precancerous conditions at an early stage, without overloading the resources of primary health care.
