Influence of chloride on the crystallization and photostability of mixed-halide FAPbBr 3− x Cl

JanssenChloride widens the bandgap of FAPbBr 3− x Cl x perovskites and retards crystallization, resulting in larger grains but reduced light stability. Cs improves photostability, while F-PEACl raises the efficiency to 7.3% at a 2.38 eV optical bandgap.
