Dar'ya Artyuh, Elena Medvedeva, Inna Kiviharju, Aleksey BaryaevThis article presents a substantiation of an approach to the development of coordination endurance in highly qualified athletes in group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics, based on a gradual increase in the coordination complexity of exercises, as well as an individual approach to their application. The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate the content of a methodology aimed at developing coordination endurance in order to improve the quality of performance of competitive programs in group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics. Research methods and organization. The study used analysis of specialized literature and program documents, expert assessment, testing, design, pedagogical experiment, and mathematical statistics methods. The study was conducted at the Center for Sports Training of the Lesgaft National State University of Physical Education, Sports and Health, St. Petersburg, during the training cycle of 2025, with the participation of current highly qualified (Master of Sports, Master of Sports of International Class) athletes in group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics. Research results and conclusions. Based on the registration of parameters of the functional state of gymnasts during a training session, an assessment was made of the degree of fatigue and its impact on the quality of implementation of motor programs. The diagnostic data made it possible to design the content of a methodology for the development of coordination endurance in group exercises in rhythmic gymnastics, taking into account the individual difficulty of performing motor tasks by the athletes.
