Increasing movement rhythm for performing cooperative actions based on the development of psychophysiological characteristics of female athletes in group exercise

The purpose of the study is to identify the correlation between the precision of rhythm reproduction during CC-type collaborations with the hoop and the psychophysiological characteristics of rhythmic gymnasts in group exercises. Research methods and organization. The study involved 12 gymnasts. A correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationship between the accuracy of rhythm reproduction in three different motor tasks (striking the hoop with the foot during a split leap, forward roll with striking the hoop with the swinging leg, and striking the hoop with the back during trunk extension) and indicators of spatial accuracy, peripheral reaction, attention stability, and operational thinking. Research results and conclusions. Statistically significant direct strong correlations were established between the accuracy of rhythm reproduction and spatial precision during the hoop strike with the foot in a jump and the hoop strike with the back. For the forward roll, inverse correlations were revealed with peripheral reaction, attention stability, and operational thinking. The mechanisms of rhythmic accuracy were differentiated: for relatively accessible tasks, spatial precision plays a leading role, whereas for the most difficult task, excessive cognitive control reduces the effectiveness of automated performance.
