Incidental Detection of Enterogastric Bile Reflux in 99mTc-Sestamibi Myocardial Perfusion Imaging
Jingmei Liang, Rongxi Wang, Congxia Chen, Fugeng Liu, Yumin ZhengWe report a case of enterogastric bile reflux (EGBR) identified in a 60-year-old man during a 99m Tc-Sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT scan. Due to its hepatobiliary clearance being analogous to that of 99m Tc-EHIDA, 99m Tc-Sestamibi could help to detect EGBR, which highlights its potential as an additional diagnostic tool.
