Globe perforation during oculoplastic procedures is uncommon. Inclusion cysts of the conjunctiva are amenable to complete excision but tend to recur if a part of the cyst wall remains. Sclerosant injections have been tried successfully to collapse inclusion cysts of the conjunctiva. Our case presented with signs of globe perforation two days after the second cyst aspiration and sclerosant injection procedure. The case was managed with a laser barrage of the suspected perforation site, systemic antibiotics, and steroids, resulting in complete visual and functional recovery at the 1-month follow-up. This is the first such case reported in the literature.
